About
I’ve led the team. You get the engineer.
I lead an engineering team of ten-plus in a large-scale fintech environment, and I’ve spent years in the analysis and engineering that build and optimize operational software: internal tools, automations, and custom AI applications for B2B onboarding, compliance operations, and workflows at scale. That includes managing the CRM systems and integrations that hold an operation’s data together. These are systems where correctness is audited and trust is the product. As a company of one, you get that judgment without a handoff. The person who scopes the work is the person who builds it. I cap the number of ongoing retainers I take, so every client keeps the person who built their system.
